You get a confirmation email from them? Check your spam folder as well. I reckon if you've got confirmation you should be OK.

Does anyone understand how a retailer can have 40 day expected delivery for both the first batch of preorders (September) and the second one (this week)? Don't want to just name and shame as could just be a placeholder but this is a legit retailer.

Given how their Black Friday deliveries went last year, let's hope they deliver on time this year for pre-orders.
