Are these sources reliable?
Think it worked out about a grand cheaper at the time of launch. Might even be a bit more now due to exchange rate appreciating to the dollar.

Looks like Takealot has huge amounts of the Dualsense controllers. Their site shows 1918 currently available in stock.

In the lead up to the launch there was much more interest in PS5 than Xbox. The hype only grew and even now after launch if you watch the media/youtube etc you will see much bigger hype around PS.
My theory is PS had probably more than double Xbox stock for launch, but the demand is just too high.
Seeing that again we have a clear leader I don't think PS availability will normalize very soon. maybe 3-6 months
I still think Sony have a few cards up their sleeve and in the next few years we going to see the PS5 totally dominate and probably be the best selling console ever made by the end of its lifetime.

Finished Miles Morales yesterday evening. Wow! Couldn't put it down. Anyway I'm looking to sell it on, how much do you guys think is a reasonable price since this is a new market?

The Xbox is a much better media consumption device than the PS5 but neither are worth having as a primary media box over an Android TV box, Apple TV, Roku, etc.

Takealot has the the charging stations in stock for R765. Not sure why it jumped above the RRP of R699, but if you want one they seem to be the only online store with stock at the moment. Pleasure. I've also been looking. Even Koodoo said they only expect some new stock to maybe drop in mid-December. Glad I spotted this.
