This I agree with! They also have incubator projects, which are often not talked about here, like the China & India Hero projects. Then there's also XDev whose sole purpose is to fly around the world and assist 3rd party devs with development.

I'm cautiously optimistic for RotR. I love Team Ninja but Wo Long didn't quite hit for me. Still had some epic fights though but RotR is supposedly made by the 'A-team' that developed Nioh 1 & 2. So sign me up!

I'm keen to check it out, but Ghost of Tsushima is the gold standard in this space for me. Will be tough to beat!

It confirmed a few things for me:

1.) Ronin, I'll wait for sale. I'm going to be giving all my attention to FF7 Rebirth anyway
2.) I need to play DS1, as whatever the hell DS2 is, it looked amazing

The little puppet animating at like 10fps is such a cool touch. Decima engine is wild, they should build more games with it

DS2 looks properly next gen. 2025 with DS2 and GTA6 is going to be epic, especially if the PS5 Pro is out for those titles.
 
Can't wait for DS2, but yoh, Silent Hill 2 remake looks a bit rough around the edges.

Which begs the question if PS5 Pro will have a launch title if it releases this year, most speculation seems to lean towards GoT 2 as that studio has been busy with their next title for a while.
 
Can't wait for Stellar Blade & Rise of the Ronin. I couldn't get into Death Stranding but DS2 looked sick.

Death Stranding is certainly not everybody's cup of tea, I only bought the game two years after its release because it was on special and it was the DC PS5 version. The game is slow paced and the traversal can be a bit daunting but nothing that made me want to quit the game. I really enjoyed it, its something different and surprisingly one of the best games I've played in a while.
 
What does a PlayStation game (Foamstars) have to do with PlayStation :unsure:
