Most of the time it is cheaper to buy from the US PlayStation Store. What you need to do is buy PSN Credit Vouchers from Amazon, they are Digital Vouchers and then use that on the US PlayStation Store to buy your games.

I buy most of my games on the US Store.

do u need another psn account or can u swicyh your current one to the us store?

You need a second account. They way you set it to a US account is the address you give so just pick any hotel or guest house in a state that doesn't charge tax on games. I used Alaska.

Sign in to the new account on your ps4 then in the settings menu set your ps4 as the primary console for that account. This way if you buy a game in the US account you can play it in your local account and also get the benefit of your psn sub if you have one to play online.

As far as the pricing goes the difference is negligible save a few exceptions. The big difference is the US store sales.
Something else you could keep in mind is getting a Japanese PSN account with which you can rent oldies like demon souls and dark souls 1 and play it on your ps4. High speed internet required for streaming games though.
 
Yeah, that figures. Spent R999 on Battlefield 1 Revolution on Sunday :erm:
