I was on mtn but changed to Telkom but I used to make purchases through my mtn airtime. Now that I've changed to telkom I cannot make any purchases through my airtime in app purchases yet I did buy airtime and doing it through my data and not wifi.help please.

I've changed my network from mtn to telkom. I used to make purchases from my mtn Sim card. I have the same phone numbers just changed network. Now when I want to try and make a purchase in my games it says I have been barred from this service. I don't understand why.
