So, here I am again, with my n00bie questions :D

Background again, I have a HP Microserver, it has two purposes, one is, it is a file server, serving all my my content to my 3 XBMC's, and second purpose is torrent, sabNZBd, couchpoptato and sickbeard.

Then I have my workstation (for general browsing), wifey's laptop for facebook games, and then ofcourse the 3 XBMC's.

So what I want to try and achieve is give the HPMS low internet priority, so when wifey browses facebook, I want to stream something from the XBMC, want to download a update on the android phone, etc. The HP's download speed should fall to an almost paused state speed, and then rise up again when all the others devices become idle again.

I read up on this, and seems this is QoS, I have a D-Link 2750u, which has QoS, but the settings does not make any sense. A quick google shows me that people on this forum, and international forums people have/had the same problem without any solution. No one, not even d-link support seems to know how to set up QoS on this router. Then I also read somewhere on this forum that QoS wont work here, as telkom does not support it (which does not make sense, as QoS seems to be an internal setting, nothing with the ISP)

So, basically, how can I achieve the above, without QoS.

Can sabNZBdbe setup on some way to slow down when the network is busy?
