Yes but rare. I can't think of anything right now but I'm pretty sure there's a place in the midlands that makes real ice cream.

The Royalty range of Aylesbury is still made out of real cream. You do pay for it though.
Can't remember the last time I saw Aylesbury in shops, I do recall it being a nice ice cream when I had it.
