Quickbooks Inventory/Warehouse system?

Hi,

We are busy assisting the local branch of a large international charity with a warehouse system.

Quickbooks is used at their head office in the states and all the other branches around the world also use Quickbooks.

The SA branch is doing something different in better handling the stock they are donated as not everything is used and more than one donor donates the same item.

Therefore they are looking for a warehouse system and that is, amongst other features, compatible with Quickbooks.

I immediately thought of a plug-in that is built from scratch to support Quickbooks, which Google says there are many.

I am now asking MYBB is anyone has had experience with inventory/warehouse management with Quickbooks-based systems and could advise in any way?

Try googling Rapid Inventory -- it is a QuickBooks add-on for Inventory Management and syncs completely with QuickBooks. Which version are you using? I know it integrates with Pro Premiere and Enterprise. First 30 days were free and if we run into a problem we can just stop using it -- it's cheap and we pay month to month with no contract. We've been using for about 2 months now and whenever we have a problem we call the help desk and it's answered in 5 minutes. Not bad so far -- look into it!

I have run across Rapid in my searches so glad to hear you are using it and its working for you. Will definitely look into it further, especially the trial version.

May I ask how the integration works? Is it automatic in real-time, or do you have to sync it manually or even download a file and import it?
