So, I need the quickest way to get married.
I got a job in France and in order for my bride-to-be to get the same work-visa I have, we have to be married. We did plan to wed in November of this year, but now we have to move this up to as soon as possible.

What is the quickest way to get married?

Court I suppose.

Don't do it.
Think about all the French girls waiting for you.

"Oui oui stellenboschstudent, omelette du fromage la vache qui rit"

Court/Home Affairs may not work. I tried that route and Home Affairs said I had to wait 6 months for the chappel to be available.

In the end we got my (now) wifes uncle who had a marriage license to marry us, at our house, with just my folks and her brother there.

Try that route. I'm sure your local church rector/minister/chief in charge has a marriage license.

Home affairs: call, book, marry.

Double check first what the requirement is.... my cousin thought they had to be married and rushed it but they did not (USA)

Court is the best bet though

With the UK Visa we only have to prove that my partner had been living with me for the past two years, luckily the bond is on both our names and over two years old so was easy enough to prove through utilities bills etc.

May be worthwhile to check it out first.

Maybe he is selling a French Visa? That will cover his ticket price and expenses for a year

Yes, my uncle is a NG dominee, so he will do it for us.

Will the French not look at your quick wedding as suspicious?

Lets hope not.

Waiting for final confirmation from my French connections, hopefully "partner" is good enough. We have been together for 7 years and engaged for almost 3 years.

Usually the quickest way to get married is to get the girl pregnant.

Cough.

Home Affairs as others have said.

Ha ha, good point.

For all they know he could've met some floozy this past weekend who wants a free pass to work in France.

If you don't tell, I won't

Contact GaryvdH on the forum. He is a marriage officer, perhaps he can help you out with different options?
