BUT.. just as things were wrong then, doesnt mean we need to repeat the same wrongs again..

racism was not dealt with properly after 1994 , those are the basic facts . As much as every1 will say Madiba taught us to move on , I just think we cannot hide it anymore . Its a sad issue that the kids will show it by humiliating workers or by raping a little kids .
people have to *want* to move on and build a new future. its always easy to look back and point a finger and say this or thats to blame for our problems, you'll always see that if you're looking back, rather than forward and building to a better future.. but hey, you choose where/what direction you want to look, at the end its still the same people (the ones who have least reason to suffer) that will

How must it be dealt with? You will never eradicate racism, you will always a portion of the populace that are, from all races. Making laws to discriminate against race, doesn't help to foster a race free society. If race was left out of laws, and effort was spend on getting people educated, the market would have sort itself out. Ratios wouldn't be needed. People are reminded of race every day. If you are a job seeker, just searching for a job will remind you that certain jobs just is not available because of your colour.

My point of view still stands , after 94 we just put a blanket over these issues , now our little blanket is getting old and dirt is already showing from both sides . We just ran to have little kids jumping around on tv shouting rainbow nation at the same time we let a whole lot of bad elements still roam in our societies whether they were bblack or white.

Zim'/Rhodesia was a thriving country during our Apartheid years. If you go read up, you'll no doubt find that most of Zim's problems started with Mugabe - not ZA.

If you are black, and NOT a "coconut", then you have no right to the life you currently live. Careful with your attitude. It will get people to want to wipe you out AGAIN.
