R120 for a headlight bulb?

I paid R1600 for a pair of Xenons for my C class.

Merc wanted R3200 per bulb.

Yup, the stealers are just that, stealers. Had one of my xenons start to fail on my Jeep. Replaced under warranty/ maintenance plan : cost R1,700 for the bulb :wtf:

You forget, the rand is barely worth it's own weight in stones these days

You forget that buying from a stealership is the problem. Light bulbs haven't changed much in price elsewhere.

Why can't we just have generic bulbs that you can buy at every petrol station?

You can. Total garages sell generic H7 bulbs.
