Racist driver forced us off the bus

Correct and being an adult and in charge of so many kids he should have acted accordingly. Now you find that the manager who is also black by the way is fully supporting him. regardsless of the fact that the kids were endangered.

As others have stated unless the provocation was criminal its not a matter for the state and is a private matter for the parents and possibly the school.

Is it legal to racially abuse someone? I am not saying they did, all I am saying is that this dude has been driving kids for years and now all of a sudden he flipped his lid, why?
As responsible citizens we should ask shouldn't we?

Take you head out your rear for a second. He admitted that he THREATENED to ASSAULT CHILDREN. Thats a criminal offence. Thats the issue. He also left them in danger by kicking them off the bus. Simple as that. No matter what they did or said he has no right to threaten them with physical assault or leave them in a dangerous situation.

I hope their will be a follow up on this story with some more useful information. for example how long has this guy been driving the buss with white kids and why now all of a sudden flip out at the white kids.

But in MY opinion at the moment he looks guilty, why would he chase of all the white kids and the black kids that also wanted to get off were ordered to stay on.
 
Forget the racism for a second :"According to Shongwe, the driver admitted that he had threatened to stop the bus and "beat the pupils up", but said this had been done "to calm them down".

That is a crimninal offence and he must be dealt with accordingly. Threatening anyone is "Intimidation" - criminal offence.

Cant help yourself from getting personal eh, it only shows weakness, so really it will be best if you stick to the topic.

I dont dispute the fact that he is wrong, but it doesn't necessarily end there. My interest is to get to the bottom of why it happened.
 
He has now admitted to what he said. So if your kids are out of control and some stranger who is entrusted with their safety threatens them then you will want to know what the kids did to him first. Yeah right.

Yeah, that would be a difficult one as I expect parents to be protective of their kids. However, a stranger shouldn't be entrusted with their safety. At least, I wouldn't.
 
There should be a nice open court case where the kids all say their say and the bus driver says his say.
