Sorry pal, I specifically asked why you have prejudged the non white individual as being guilty and the white kids not.
This implies that you have some preconceived notion that because he is black he is guilty, should I go on?
You silly ****. I consider the ****ing bus driver to be guilty not because he's black but because I've come across the same attitude and views. You're trying desperately to lead for an answer, and not accepting anything else. Wake the **** up and stop trying to demand concession that we are racist.

Why use words like 'if this is the end' now, and make comments like how politically correct it is to screw white people?
Your other comments were clearly summing up the situation as a done deal.
Don't get me wrong, it may well be the final outcome, but neither you nor I, or anyone else here knows that yet, but you have prejudged it and the basis for your judgment appears to be one of race and little else.

Why havent any of the reporters asked the black children what happened on the buss? especially the black children that also wanted to get off the buss but were forced to stay on the buss?

I have formed my own opinion based on my previous experience in reading some of these topics, yours amongst them, perhaps the same way you have formed an opinion of the bus driver based on your past experience.

Which is the more likely story? Are the kids really likely to make all that up? Obviously the bus driver has plenty to protect by lying i.e. his job.
One way or the other that would be very interesting.
The driver also claims that some white kids were left on the bus after the one lot were ejected, or got off voluntarily. These kids he says were dropped off at the school?
As mikef said, there is probably quite a bit more to the story than the initial press release.

One thing though, I certainly would not put it past a bunch of adolescents to spin a story to get themselves out of ****, or for that matter a worker trying to save his job.
Some of the richest schools in our country have come under fire recently for covering up their pupils transgressions. Some of which have been severe beatings that have left people disfigured and paralyzed. The roles the schools and the parents played in these cases is very disturbing.
These are the so called elitists that walk amongst us mere mortals!
Judge every case on its own merits has to be the best way forward.

Good question. Probably because obfuscation is easier than truth. If there are no facts supporting either party, there can be no accountability. Accusations can be dismissed, but proof is a bit more difficult.

Handpicked? People post what they want to discuss. Of course it's handpicked. There are threads claiming racism from all sides, because that makes the news. There are threads about corruption because there's a lot of it in the news. There are threads on official misbehaviour because that's in the news and affects all of us. Someday when there's good news that the govt. is doing something right that'll be here as well...

Say what? Whatever was done, this bus driver through kids off the bus based on their skin colour. He (the bus driver) made it a race issue when he prevented a black kid from joining the white kids he removed from the bus. Take the splinter from your eye mate.

Hi BobbyMac, did you read the bus drivers account of the incident, you reference only the school kids version of events?
If in the end the bus driver is found guilty, it is then indeed a despicable act of racism and highly irresponsible and he should, at the very least, loose his job, but innocent until proven otherwise.

I was a naughty little indian kid with a bunch of other naughty indian kids and we used to cause **** on our school bus.
The bus driver never isolated us a group of misbehaving idiots but rather ALL the indians on the bus, even the ones that sat quiet in their seats.
Thats just the way they are, if all the white kids that get on that bus cause ****, he takes it as all of them are like that and when he chased those girlies of it must have been because of the other white naughty kids.
