JK8 what's your problem? Instead of resorting to insulting comments rather offer something constructive, if you can't do that then rather leave the comments to the grown ups.

Maybe everyone should debate the issue at hand and avoid nonsensical arguments that have nothing to do with the topic or those that are of a personal nature.
It is very easy to point fingers, as you and I have just illustrated.
What is clear though is that this attitude gets us nowhere fast, agree?
 
Well i agree to a point, people are very emotional about issues discussed here. It does not mean that we have to throw insults at people. That is immature. We should be allowed (as we are) to express our feeling about issues that are important to us.

Some of the richest schools in our country have come under fire recently for covering up their pupils transgressions. Some of which have been severe beatings that have left people disfigured and paralyzed. The roles the schools and the parents played in these cases is very disturbing.

Judge every case on its own merits has to be the best way forward.

True, what we really need is some incontrovertible evidence like a CCTV/audio recording, without that we may never know the truth.

And this moron racist who is in charge of Metro bus still supports his driver even after threatening kids? What a disgrace. Racism pure and simple. He admits :"According to Shongwe, the driver admitted that he had threatened to stop the bus and "beat the pupils up", but said this had been done "to calm them down". That is verbal assault and he should be charged for intimidation.
 
Totally unacceptable behavior from someone that is entrusted with the job of ferrying school kids around.
Fire his ass.

He was provoked though, what punishment for the kids misbehavior?
 
Well if the kids misbehaved then he should have taken this up with the relevant authorities after. He is supposed to be an adult. He is guilt by his admission of a criminal offence both by andangering their lives by dropping them off and by verbally threatening them. The joke is that the boss of the company supports him. What did I tell you? Look back at my posts earlier.

Your posts earlier said nothing would happen, so in short you were incorrect.
Also , it appears as if the driver has acted incorrectly, I thought that we have established that. This is not the end of it.
The question also needs to be asked, was he provoked, and if so what action will be taken against the pupils that are guilty of that.
His actions cannot be condoned, but does the matter end with him only?
 
Sneeky: unless the provocation was done in a criminal manner nothing can and should be done against the kids. Provocation is not an excuse for retaliation unless the provocation was criminal.
