No for sure, I'm not choosing sides here. All I'm saying is that I find it pretty hard to believe that even drunk out of their minds people would just randomly stop and pick fights with other people unprovoked (No matter the race/s involved)

And the fact that the person/guy who was so innocent in all of this never went and opened a case :confused:

yeah sure ... i'm not jumping to conclusions. i'm just a realist and see the situation for what it is. defend them all you want, doesnt change what happend.

i dount very much that the sober people with their family in the car provoked a duo of drunks :rolleyes: but hey let me not make assumptions

You have the first hand account from the people who were attacked.
You have the photographic evidence plus comments from the photographer.
You then have the people at the garage who had to hold these morons back.
Finally you have the game ranger who had to not lot them go anywhere cause they were pissed drunk.

Does this not suffice that they were in the wrong?
 
rather come to Kingsmead where you see the afrikaner nation shutting their mouth and watching cricket and saying Sachin Tendulkar is 'n mooi kolfer!

Yes, you are doing nothing but make assumptions based on hear-say and then from the view of the "victim" who never laid a case against the offenders?
Come one pls, are you seriously telling me everything said you read as fact?

If I was to give you a likely scenario including all the above excluding the first hand account including a first hand account from the 2 white guys, what then? Just because 1/2 of the people involved actually had something to say, you assume what they are saying is true/fact?

this is real life not an episode of law and order. people can make up their own minds on what really happened that day and its quite obvious to me what did.

you can defend them all you like but please dont try and make them the victims. thats really a far stretch.

That is because we are also passionate about cricket and acknowledge when someone as a great talent ?:) I am sure there are many Indians who also share the same sentiment

btw i read on the blog that that the petrol attendant backed up the family's story of the men throwing an alcohol bottle at them. but i guess he lying too ... eveyone just decided to blame the poor drunk folks who did nothing

Again, I have never defended anyone. I am defending everyone involved to be innocent till proven guilty. No matter who the offender/s are. Seriously, threads like these have popped up 100's of times and everytime there is more to the story and people like you dissapear into thin air. Search this section just to see I have been right everytime when it comes to this. People jump to conclusions too early and get scorned. I'm just saying that you should not be making such assumption and draw early conclusions. There is more to it and it will come out later. Then we can all play policeman :p
