Radeon HD5770

For my money I'd go the cheapest 4890 I could find. Its faster and yes there's no DX11 support, but that isn't going to make a difference right now. Sure you can overclock a 5770 to a point where its faster than a stock 4890, but then you can do the same with a 4890 where it ends up faster.
Honestly, R2,000 is too much for a 5770 VGA which has an MSRP of $159.

I don't think I'd go for a 5770 but R3750 for an Club 3D 5870 should I?

with the current 5*** series cards i dont think it really makes a difference but both companies are pretty awesome.

4890/4870 or(>) gtx 260

Yeah, the most difference you get is what is actually packed int he box, and even that is similar (unless you get one of those club3D's, which have a GPU, manual, and a cd with drivers, the box is the major "addition" :p)

Bundle Package Content:

* DVI to VGA adapter
* CrossFire Bridge
* Driver & E-Manual CD
* Quick install guide

;) Seems pretty standard.

...because they are all currently reference boards. Meaning that you are basically buying a brand rather than a graphics card.

Spot on, the only thing that differs is the cooling. so pick a brand with decent cooling.
