Radical technology rethink needed

hear hear - the joke is even our measurements are flawed by the same bias. We think we are more productive now per capita with our cellphones and the rest, but if we really had to take the articles' general approach as a human race, we would be so much further ahead. when money changes hands between two relatively unproductive entities, it effectively devalues the REAL value of that money. I wish people would realise that the pieces of paper in their wallet changes value in every situation they spend it.

the only thing money should be invested in by government, is putting sound legal and regulatory frameworks in place for innovative environments, and enforcing their regulation. Government should take care of the garden, and the people will take care of the growth.

thats my 2c worth.

Government is unable to rethink anything radically unless it involves something slipping into their own pockets.

The words "Government", "support" and "grow" should never be used in the same article as this is not factually correct. ;)
