rAge 2009 opens

spoke to a work colleague and i wasnt aware that people SLEEP there?!!! lol can some1 share more stories on this. i mean he said you take your sleeping bag and sleep slap bang there in the middle of the floor. and also the fact that the LAN area was amongst the expo aswell.

WOW - i wonder how many movies and series were borrowed around there :p

Forza 3 was cool
Assasins Creed 2 cool to look at
but Modern warfare 2 was not there!
 
I didn't go because it is just a huge waste of marketing money. I could do just the same at the East Rand flea market if I wanted to ... if I could secure some unseen stuff etc etc then ya, but there is nothing to secure.

I miss the old Computer Faire from Gallagher :(

Yeah, I went to them to ask how I can register with them as an online shop, and they said they were thinking about it and they would rather not sell to other resellers just sell it themselves. Told them thats too bad, had a lot of guys interested, so he said I must just send them to him ... yeah, I must give him business when they refuse it to me ... I told him, nah, I'll just sell them a different product that does the same thing :p
