late-night technical stuff happening

Hi Xxxxxx,
We’re going to need about 3 minutes of your 5G router’s time to update its firmware to the latest industry standard.
Not to worry – you don’t need to do anything, and it’s likely to happen some time between midnight and 5am. This update will take place between the 20th and the 23rd of August, so please make sure your router is on during these times.
Hopefully we don’t interrupt any late-night/early-morning binge-watching.

After the update was done, I'm completely stuffed now. Lost my WLAN settings and when I try set it up again, I get ConfigFailed error. Totally screwed, working from home, so now I have to try get support from them, which normally never happens
 
After they pushed a firmware update, my WLAN settings have been reset and I cannot set it up manually, keep getting config failed error
 
It did, checked the version. Just got an email from them to apologize and they are working on a solution, so I'm crossing fingers
 
Mi Wifi has been down since yesterday...and I work from home.

I also work from home, that's what makes it frustrating to have issues like this, but I'm hoping that Rain will sort it out soon

Can't check now, they are remotely working on my router and resetting from their side, sorry. Maybe someone else can let you know
