Rain 5g not working

My rain 5g unlimited stopped working around a week ago i usually got about 200mbs and now only get about 5mbs to 20mbs if I'm lucky, this is on going and after 2 unanswered support tickets by rain i don't know what to do anymore

1. Have you restarted the router and tried alternate locations in the house?
2. What signal stats do you have on the CPE?
3. Have you also tried locking it to 5G in the settings and selecting an antenna index? << there are multiple posts here on how to do that

Really poor performance on unlimited rain 5G network. Been ranging from average to really poor recently. No support that really works. Same hardware at some location, but different speeds. Located in Pretoria Gardens area. today especially bad again.
