Same. I bought 4 000 pieces and normally only use 2 500 pieces over winter with 1 000 pieces getting me through the summer braai season aand 500 pieces left for the start of the next winter.

Recent model runs have shifted westward and show the peak rainfall from this event actually reaching Cape Town and surrounding mountains. Totals in excess of 75-100mm+ are possible in places, concentrated in a 24 hour period, with enhanced orographic effects (50mm+ in 6 hours) on windward (south facing) slopes. This is a serious flood hazard:
