Already done in our area. Taps ran dry or low pressure so low we could not even get our water filter to run properly.

The SAEON Dwarsberg (Jonkershoek) mountain catchment station reported 62mm up to midnight (and it's still raining). This is the sort of number consistent with the forecasts, while areas away from the mountains were always going to get lower amounts.

A well developed cutoff-low will brush the SW-Cape on the weekend of Sat 23rd and Sun 24th. Not much rain is predicted over land, but temperatures will be drastically cooler than the seasonal average.
