Nope as a kid at school in Milnerton and living in Bloubergstrand, this was an every winter occurrence. and for weeks on end and more than a few times every winter. So, this is not strange at all for CT. It is what the cape is/was known for.I never remember weather like this in JHB, downright depressing always cold rainy and gloomy,
how do the cape town people put up with this, or its just once a season, and then its back to just being cold.
