I've got that, and pipes aren't leading to nowhere. There are gulleys around the house where the gutters are and they all join the storm water system of the complex behind my house. What is it with all the houses in CT that have these mysterious holes into which the rainwater is supposed to drain into with pipes leading to nowhere?
Do you know where that underground pipe goes?
I have diverted ALL rainwater into the garden like it is in the transvaal and then the surplus (if there is any) ends up in the street gutter.
I did cover most of these gulleys with a terracotta tile, so the rain water runs onto the lawn. Perhaps that's also some of the water I eventually extract with my wellpoint.
