Rain Billing for inactive service

Looks like the issue has been resolved, thanks. No messages this week.

Looks like I spoke too soon. Today I received an sms and email asking for me to update my card details.

Also, using raingo.co.za made me assume that the sms was a phishing attempt.

I ended my subscription and asked them to delete my profile, email and payment details from their system. They sent me an email to confirm that information had been deleted, but now the test is to wait and see if they indeed deleted it.

What happens to all the other people that this has invariably happened to? I wonder how many wind up paying.

Same issue- really frustrating that they are bullying people into trying to pay for something that has clearly been cancelled. All attempts to get into contact or to cancel the affected products do not work.

Thanks, rain

I've had the same thing, fortunately my card has expired so they're nagging me to pay. Sending PM with my email as well
