Out of interest, which network ID does the rain in CT use, 65573?

Should be in the system stats page (PLMN)

Hi, the 30mbps was entirely our fault, we have a maintenance window from midnight to 5 am - hopefully when you guys are asleep . On this day we were doing a SW patch. Apologies. Let me know if it happens again.

Thank you for the feedback. I've only had one issue since, last night at 8pm it went off completely, did a reboot and then worked fine!

Yesterday again last night I had to reboot my router.

Not at all, completely down this morning. Even a reboot doesn't fix it!
