Freq. - 642624
PCI - one of the three PCI numbers you get from RAIN entered here. You would have to play around with the PCI numbers as it depends on which one is pointed at you.

Have been playing around with unit and currently due to tricky area I am in not getting much joy. Although current speeds a hell of a lot better than my soon to be extinct 10meg ADSL line.

My average over a 8 speed test sample 68 Mbps download 2Mbps upload. Dismal for 5G if you ask me. Going to trouble shoot with RAIN today but I have feeling I might be special case and need to go with outdoor option.

I have read through this thread and I am getting a similar issue that's the same as others , my

H112-372

Time and time again connects to a random 5g towers that miles away from me ,every time I call rain they tell me and say they have connect me to the 5g tower that's about 500meters away from me but it just never seems to be the case as I don't get the 100mb+ I'm paying and I am gettting 5-8mbs at times other times maybe if I'm lucky 50-80mbs but its never for long . I also can't manually make it lock onto the 5g tower the near me as that option in the developer console is just not there

I can tell you how I sorted it out, I got fibre and cancelled my Rain sub. Best thing I did. My connection with Rain was awesome but suddenly it just started getting worse until I wasn't prepared to pay for a service I didn't receive.

Yep indeed. Things did go fine with Rain in 2021 with the tower issues for me though except in 2022 when load sh**ting escalated like it did, so did the tower performance gradually decline into nothing (or batteries were regularly stolen and Rain after a while just decided to stop replacing batteries, who knows). I had backup power for the 2-4 hour bouts except no usable towers in the area so it would automatically fall into the next area with an overloaded tower and sit with the same crap ... so went fibre, haven't looked back.
