Basically if you have a Telkom B315s-936 then you can force B38/41 on Rain by using one of the huawei band tools.
Using the
huawei_band_tool_v0.1 Run the .bat file I edited (LTE_2500_TDD_Rain_b38) to force the B315 to Band 41 which is actually a range from 2496 – 2690Mhz which covers the Rain 2600MHz frequency.
Using the
E5186 Toolbox_latest You need to inject this in the api settings net-mode
0000010000000000 to force band 41 on this tool.
Tested it on 2 B315 from Telkom. One branded and one not brand both worked. So if you using a B315s-936 you can now force B41 on Rain for possibly better speeds if you don't have a B618.

@ProAsm I hope it's okay to share the tool. I have been inundated by private message regarding this thread.
With Rain you can select Band 3 (1800MHz) and Depending on your router model Band 38 (2600MHz) TDD OR Band 40 (2500-2600MHz) TDD. Check your router specs and select the band accordingly. Band 38 = 2600MHz and Band 41 = 2500MHz they are exactly the same band but some routers handle is differently.
