Rain is down

i am back to rebooting the router at 5 am every day in the mornings this has happened the last 4 nights so far.
 
Been having to reboot the router every day after 5am to regain signal for the last week and a bit, nothing funny anymore
 
I also recently wake up to find that my rain sim isn't connected. Have to enable and disable aeroplane mode for it to work again (sometimes twice).
 
Same here. Twice today already. Garden Route, Sedgefield.
 
Yes me too. Wake up to a red light on my router every morning.
 
Ditto, highly annoying, was thinking its something to do with my wifi.
 
hahahah wow all got the same issue time to log a support case.

Yeah the past couple mornings I've been having a similar experience
 
I am now only on Rain 5G after lightning bliksemed my vdsl modem last night.
And!!!! this morning no response.
After rebooting the Modem and my wifi router 4875634856385473 times it slowly woke up(took about an hour).
Problem with this is that Rain support is sleeping at 5 am in the morning and by the time one can log a call all is working fine.
Has the Rain guy on here seen this thread and can we get any feedback please?

My RAIN 4G works perfectly fine in Doringkloof, just P2P get shaped to death.
