Rain's service is very, VERY poor!

The speed on 4G unlimited is supposed to be 10mbps but you should be happy if it goes faster than 2mbps!!

See attached.

Rain is pateties!!

Once again rain is bucking the trend

From News24 - "Your internet should be much faster today: The undersea cable break has just been fixed"

The whole week I had decent signal with only 1 or 2 signal drops. But since the undersea cables were fixed my average dl slowed and I lost signal 3 times today.

It's even more useless than the old Telkom ADSL installed 4 years ago.

F%$k this suck.

I wish someone would install fiber where I stay.

Rain’s mobile network quality plummets
Rudolph Muller9 July 2019

In 2019 rain was the only mobile operator whose average dl slowed - from 21Mbps to 17Mbps. FFS even Telkom beat them.

I'm no telecomms expert but common sense dictates that there cannot be that many reasons.

Why don't rain management explain these reasons instead of making asinine statements about unlimited being limited.

I agree. What i find most frustrating is the fact that i get no feedback, no reason, no answers....nothing!

It's not okay to be ignored by Rain whilst paying for the service!

Busy streaming in full HD on the smart tv and another person is streaming on their phone as well this is my speed test result;
Ping: 28ms
Download: 27.62Mbps
Upload: 6.66Mbps

I'm on the 2600Mhz band maybe that does a difference.
