Rain one talk app dials on its own

Hi, I don't know if it's phone depended, but this way for you to be able to call on the rain one sims are quite irritating and frustrating. Doesn't make sense that you need a extra app to able to call, aren't they using Vodacom?

But my real question is have anyone noticed that the app calls on its own for some reason?
