Dear @rain_mobile here's the scenario.
On the 28 of December my brother registered his Rain sim and paid R250 which is credited towards his account.
1st of January he was billed R30-something rands for the 4 days in December and it was deducted from the R250 in his account.
But on the 1 Feb, R250 was deducted straight from his bank account instead of using the credit left from the upfront payment he made. From my understanding you should have deducted first from the credit on his account and then deducted the rest from his bank account.
Starting 1st of March is when you deduct R250 straight from his bank account.
Am I wrong? Or can you please fix this?
