Rain PUK number

Please can you help with a RAIN PUK.
We had bad weather, the VodaComMobileWIFI router I am using restarted and requested a PIN. I inserted the normal router PIN and is failed 3 times, this then moves to requesting a PUK.

I inserted a VodaCom PIN and it works fine, seems like RAIN has a SIM Pin for my data card which I was not aware of and now it wants a PUK.

Help!

Dear Rain support - you are a genius, thank-you this worked.
An added note for other users - I had to go back into VodaComMobileWiFi Router settings and redo the APN to custom and set it to rain as I kept getting device not detected.

Uhm what does the apn got to do with the pin or puk ?
 
When you reset a router with the Sim inside, it will ask you for the Sim and Puk nrs when setting it up again.
 
my rain sim card is puk locked - i cant find the information anywhere , and their website is the worst , and they never respondd please help me someone
Hi there , how did you unblock it? I have mine for about 2 years, now I have the same problem..could you help?
