Rain sim activated but no internet access

I am using a Samsung A51 dual sim device, Its been 8 days since I took delivery of my rain sim, it took more than 2 days for them to activate it and I did receive an email and sms notification of the "activation" but its still not working. I Have sent countless messages to their support for them to just close the jobs as "resolved" , I have done my own troubleshooting by following up on Threads and changed my VPN settings to no avail. On their website under my rain its says "device is currently offline" and under my device details the IMEI/PUK/PIN are all blank , the nonchalant manner in which they have handled my many plea's is just maddening because I believe i will be billed month end for something i did not even use.

Turn it off until your connection is working.

How did you get it to work?? Literally in the same boat right now. I'm using a Samsung A12 dual sim, and the sim is registered as "active but offline " on the web page. I've tried everything, but nothing works. It is definitely not a coverage issue as my friend's signal is perfect! Please HELP!!! I can't be billed for something I didn't even use!
