What support issue did you resolve on this page?

It is well know that their support is difficult to get hold of or get a reply from via the official channels. As the rain rep has said, they are working on it though. Anyway, that is the reason for the glut of support requests on myBB. As some other users have posted here when I brought up the inability to get support via official channels, the recommendation was to just post on myBB. Not ideal.
 
One could argue people have gotten better response / action by posting on MyBB

What baffles me is how RAIN couldn't get some form of telephonic / chat support going during COVID that would lead to actual results.
 
If its someone with 1000 comments on MyBB and giving some story I have no issues....its entertaining.

My problem is all these 1 comment wanderers that it seems do not understand a support page on a website
@Heavenhound501 Recently it has been exactly the opposite to what you have stated above. You should revisit some posts on this subforum. The one-hit wonders are offering up gold ... along with a pot and a rainbow!

hi im also having huge issues with rain, i have 2 sims with them, got my friends to sign up with them as well as they were ok in the beginning, now two weeks ago the network in my area just died, and now we all sitting with no network, posted many tickets with them and eventually some one replied, but till today they are failing to get the network up and running, dont know what else to do now.

they cant even be called support, they are no help, ive now escalated it to ICASA, as support just dont reply, and even the person that did contact me failed to assist, now hes silent again and not responding to my mails...
 
Hi, i must agree. The support site solves a lot of issues if you take the time to read through the articles - but the truth is our support needs to improve and we are really trying to do so!

Every indication is that Rain is in fact doing their utmost to NOT offer support.
In fact, it could be said that Rain would rather 69 a rabbid skunk at mosque on a Friday, than give out an Email address!? :)

Now; without spending 69 years 'Please hold'ing on your support phone #, where do I go to find out why I have been billed twice this month plz?
