@Heavenhound501 Recently it has been exactly the opposite to what you have stated above. You should revisit some posts on this subforum. The one-hit wonders are offering up gold ... along with a pot and a rainbow!If its someone with 1000 comments on MyBB and giving some story I have no issues....its entertaining.

Shows that the word 'Email appears only once, in 'Legal', here:

Every indication is that Rain is in fact doing their utmost to NOT offer support.
In fact, it could be said that Rain would rather 69 a rabbid skunk at mosque on a Friday, than give out an Email address!?
Now; without spending 69 years 'Please hold'ing on your support phone #, where do I go to find out why I have been billed twice this month plz?
