I have trying get some sensible support to replace my router and SIM from mid November. Must have made at least 20 calls and each time nobody knows what's going on. They all promise faithfully to escalate to a "superior" who will call back. That never happens. Finally, they sent a SIM early in December, but no router. Then after promising a same day delivery of the router I got another SIM today, but NO ROUTER, would you believe! Once again, nobody can tell me if a router is even scheduled for delivery. There is no complaints dept at RAIN or any way to get in contact with a supposed superior. The worst provider ever.
