rain won't cancel my sim

Last month in February I cancelled my rain sim (R250 plan) and the cancellation was scheduled to be effective on 01 March 2021. Now when I go to the website to check whether or not they have cancelled it, I'm met with dissapointments. They haven't cancelled it and it seems I'm scheduled to pay R250 on 01 April 2021

It shows your sim is cancelled , there should be no further charges to you , unless you order another sim
