Rain0ne network problem

How do you do network coverage for rain0ne plan mean just received it but it doesnt show network at all.again the router blink red light on netwrk ..how to activate the sim

I am also having issues. Recieved my package and plugged in and nothing. Called the call center and was told to wait 24hrs. It's now 48hrstbe call center says it's active but not connecting to the towers. It's a bit of a stuff up as I've cancelledmy previous service.

So now can only get help if i call? N you never get any help except canceling

The service from stinks to hi heaven. I called them to check if we had coverage which was confirmed by the rain consultant.
We went ahead ordered the package and proceeded in canceling our landlines our two cell phone contracts and our lte contract.
2 Days after receiving our package we still had no lte from rain. Today I get a call from them saying that they so sorry but after checking king again we don't get coverage.
I have canceled everything rain ... thank you for the awesome service
