Shouldn't be a problem between the anc & da as they hold almost 80% of the seats.

They'll probably only vote later this evening, they all need to hear each others voices first.

It will also take a long time for the vote as I believe they are doing a manual voting process, like the one they did with Phala Phala. So the speaker will read out the name and then said person needs to say yes/no.
 
Eikona, Steven Jafta has the audacity to claim this :
