He suspended her on section 194 after the intention by the cabinet to remove her, which was within the prescripts. How the judge equated it to the Phala Phala investigation is beyond me.

Yeah... There seems to be a disconnect from reality with this judge, I tend towards saying the concourt will throw this out for the stupid shyte it is.

This is in response to the DA. The DA's leave to appeal in the case has brought the ruling into suspension, or so the law experts in the media are saying. Just to take note, in the case the Constitutional Court do not have to approve the decision, the DA have made the argument to then appeal the decision.

IMHO, I have grown distrust. The entire episode with Zuma's two cases going into limbo at the SCA due to some clerical error hasn't amused me at all. That error alone pushed Zuma's cases into a new court term, and that is all too convenient. An error, Zondo has dismissed as being deliberate.

Dali should have never been involved with the JSC taking under consideration the sensitive cases he and his associates have been handling.

I sound like a conspiracy theorist saying this, but the shenanigans aren't over, and how can we call something which is legally approved within law a shenanigan?
