Yes! You didn't specify. :p But yes, I heard the comment in the video. Absurd either way - pretty major design failure; or more likely by design to ensure a steady stream of income for the dealers. :(
 
H4 nightbreakers are between R120 and R140. Osram.
 
Those bulbs are very difficult to replace 'cause of almost no space to manoeuvre your hands. Been there, done that!
