Rape Day Game

^This

I've never seen anyone complain about any of the hunting games, where the objective is to murder as many animals as possible. Weird that no one said anything as usually people care more about animals than people.

I have a reason why I mentioned Manhunt, is because of the time and the geopolitical context(violent games create violent kids) surrounding the game. It was a great game, I am actually going to download the re-release tonight.

It is somewhat ironic that a game which seems to be focused on rape is released into a geopolitical environment is rape is, for lack of a better term a "trending" topic.

Something similar happened with DOOM when it was released as well.

Played Manhunt when I was 12. Epic game for the time.

Best was when some of the bad guys saw you...used to run all the way back to the beginning of the level.

Doom will always be a classic

If nobody is forced at gunpoint to play it, I don't see what the fuss is about.

Let them waste their time and cash and watch them fall into silent obscurity.
All this attention is exactly what they wanted.

As mentioned before, the game Hatred was hyped to no end. Received massive amount of free publicity, because of the topic of the game.

Spoiler alert. The game sucked and is barely mentioned now.
Same will happen here.
Just ignore it.

Awesome, and i loved Serious Sam

Here's my opinion, and my theory.
Since many people (men and women) have fantasies such as these, I see this as an attempt to produce games/content to appeal to people's fantasies.
That's all this is, combined with them hyping it to get the word out.
What's next you might ask? Probably a 50 shades type game.

We live in an age where people's deepest, darkest fantasies are being marketed to.
