Raped inmate sues prison service

What goes around comes around. What did this guy do that he ended up in jail? Is access to the justice system the same in this country for prisoners and civilians alike? prisoners have more rights and pleasures then our old folk in old age homes.
 
At first I was horrified, then I decided they can just get what they get. Rape isn't so fun when you're the victim.
 
Anyone fine with warders raping inmates with batons is a bit sick.

Two wrongs don't make a right, and dehumanizing these people further isn't exactly going to help society when they get out, yes?

people get raped in holding cells and the van after being picked up for stupid things. They need to offer a degree of protection.

This is why criminals get away with what they do. Ahhhh shame poor criminal had his anus raped. Awwww poor little baby.

They should ass rape them everyday and make their lives hell, just like those fkers have done over and over to the people of SA. Prison should not be a nice little place you go after you have raped and murdered someone. It should be hell on earth.

Granted your petty thieves should be given a chance to redeem themselves but the hardened crims should get butt fked daily. Make criminals fear prison.

You make decisions in this regard based on emotion, I do not.
 
Prisons in this country are kaput ...... not that I care because a real criminal deserves all they get. But until we have intelligent enough police to ensure that petty crimes are not punished the way they are, well ja.
 
This guy is a criminal. All of his claims should be considered in that light. One warden most probably hit him in the balls with his baton. The rest is fabrication.

I met someone recently who spent time in that prison, and by all accounts it is a very, VERY bad place to be.
