Raped inmate sues prison service

Its still not right to sanction the rape of inmates.

Rape is not a punishment to be dished out, its quite a disgusting act that no human being should be forced to endure.

I'd rather we shoot criminals in the head then let them be raped repeatedly. People are a product of the lives they have lived, sure I don't want to be hijacked or murdered by one of these sods but who says that they need to be treated less humanely then me ?

We put them in prison to keep them away from us... not to make their lives worse.

Anyone who can kill does not deserve to be treated humanly, well in this country it doesn't work that way so it makes sense people want murderers to be treated well, fed and live decent lives in jail while the lives of the people they affected are wrecked and will take many years to ever come right. Why should people who can take a life so easily be treated the same as you and me nerf? Sounds like a bunch of hippie crap to me. No offense towards you bud .

If someone murders the best way to keep them away from us is by simply killing them, take them out back and shoot them. Then they can never harm another person.
