Price dropped to R799 - Wholesale prices coming down. I have sold 25 of these to europe and only 1 to South Africans. I might be doing something wrong. They are doing 4000 per week now. I am an official distributor. The only one in RSA.

2) Don't have LCD TV, just DVI PC LCD

4) Wondering about WIFI range, if those larger units with external antennae may be better option. The stick format is cute but then you need to hang out cables from all angles. Any issues with USB drives? Hubs? USB to ethernet?

5) This device needs it own thread instead of getting lost in the raspberryPi ether.

6) My last two orders were lost after being shipped via Hong Kong Post, no doubt in SA.

If you can wait 2 weeks I can send you the item from within South Africa.

I will still do testing with the USB - Ethernet adapter.

DVI wont have sound so might not work for your needs.
