Raspberry Pi starts shipping

I registered when they first opened for registration which was what, about 3 months ago or so.

As production ramps up that will get shorter and shorter as they catch up with registrations, until registrations will fall away and one will be able to order direct from the store.

Difficult to say what it is right now. Possiblt more on this on Raspberry Pi website.
 
It has taken them sooo very long to roll-out I am already over it and there a few alternatives out there - I hope that they roll-out sooner.
 
YAY!! I just ordered :D :D :D have to wait 4 weeks though, hope its sooner. cant wait to play with it!
 
As promised last week, we have started inviting the next customers in our queue to place their orders for a Raspberry Pi. Delivery dates for these orders will be through June and July.

By this time next week we expect to have invited*everyone that registered for a Raspberry Pi with RS on the first day – some 100,000 of you – to place your order. We’ll also have an update on expected availability for those left in the queue.

Its already being worked on...

I'm actually contemplating building a 3d printer for that purpose.. then using it for all sorts of other things.
 
I've also been registered since about March, what does the confirmation mail look like? Wish they had a site so you could see where you were in the queue.

You get a mail called "Time to order"

with this message :

You should be receiving regular updates, check that the mails are not going to your spam folder... mine were.

Thanks! Yeah, lol, I had to unspam them a while back. Good thing it sticks out between the offers of inherited wealth and penis enlargement.
