Plugged it into the TV, but the screen just flashes and then displays "No signal", so I'm assuming I need to put the OS on before I'll see anything.

Mine said I should expect a 6 week wait when ordering, this was about 5 weeks back so I'm still hopeful.

Running RaspBMC on mine..

RC3 currently, few issues still remain but its probably about 95% right already.... and its playing 1080p movies happily.

Received my email to order. Those prices are excluding VAT. They also have cases listed now at $6.47 ($7.76)

Ordered mine 6 weeks ago, got notice of DHL shipment early last week, now my Raspberry Pi is stuck at customs. I only ordered the board nothing extra. So frustrated with DHL, they now want to charge me R 300 to release. Customs only added VAT, R 40 import duty. so in total R 340 to get Pi into country. They can keep it, i'm not paying.
