Not if you actually get no service. Double power cuts now as systems are failing directly after load shedding so what was 2 hours stretches to 3/4/5 and areas with no water for weeks.

One thing to argue about cost, another when regardless of cost, you just don't get any service.

They getting much better electricity service than DA munies. Stage 6 is stage 2 for them. Stage 6 is stage 5,95 for DA munies.
