Good Day Guys

I have communicated with Razoweb ISP and got approval Through Mr J. Rundle to offer a special for limited time only.

I can offer clients a Package that suits the needs of a intermediate gamer trough to the Media streaming Hog.

Currently the best value for money package is a 4Mb Uncapped package that runs on MTN Business Backbone which means minimal shaping and no minimal throtteling.

Shaping: Only during business hours doesn't matter what time of month
Throtteling: AUP is minimal on this account and where as the other ISP's throttle you 1\4 of line speed, we only throttle 3\4 of line speed, in other words your line will be more stable and faster than the rest in throttleling

There is a special promo code that you need to enter to qualify and apply for this package and I will give it to the users via PM if they requested so.

The promo is 5% discount on the current pricing on their website, and you get moved immediately onto the MTN Business backbone and then you can enjoy the full capability of "How the internet is supposed to be".

I don't want to make any arguments or any issues, just wanted to notify users that this is available through me and me only.

Kind regards

Why would I pay R275 for this Razo Web internet when I can get OpenWeb GOLD for R229, that has zero throttling? :erm:

@Fudzy if you look closely you will see the following:
1. Openweb does not offer the Managed Line DSL where your Telkom DSL line rental is included in the fee (Telkom 4Mb rental = R 425)
2. Razoweb includes the above charge
3. Openweb Gold is a high priority line yes, so is the Razoweb line, however you will be running on MTN Business backbone which these days is more stable that the rest.

to conclude openweb package:
4Mb + Line = 649 + 425.

Razoweb
4mb + line = 690 (minus 5% if you go through me)

So sell me.
I am a 1Mbs uncapped user - Give me a single reason why I should pay R275 for Razo-web when I pay R229 for OpenWeb GOLD.

It's a fairly simple question...

Hi,

I am confused. You say that it will be on MTN Business Backbone

however you will be running on MTN Business backbone which these days is more stable that the rest.

and then you also say that you tried Afrihost (who also using MTN Business Backbone) but had problems

previously I have been with Mweb, Openweb, Webafrica and Afrihost and you can see all the postings I made due to line problems.

How is that Razoweb performs better than Afrihost on the same backbone ?

Yes we are slightly more costly, but to us you are not just a customer. We will go out our way to make sure all your needs are met. Are you not sick of being a customer number and not a person? We are all about giving leading service to our people. So why pay more? You will get more.

OpenWeb Gamersking R396, + Telkom 4mbps -25% discount R318 brings your total to R714.

So for R20 less I would rather stick with Openweb thanks as I have absolutely zero issues and there is no throttling vs this deals 3/4 throttling

What do you mean "I get more", if we're talking money you guys are getting more?
As for service, I don't really contact my ISP much.

plus there is the issue of throttling, don't really like that i'm afraid...

@Keeper

Did some research. For R50 less we include line management, but its up to you man. If you are happy great stuff and good luck.

Thanks for the quick replies guys, I am really not forcing anyone, but rather trying to assist the people who are sick of isp's making fools out of clients by not delivering what they promise.

@keeper, true we are little bit more expensive, but maths are everything here is a simple fact
Razoweb 1mb: R300 (including line rental)
Openweb: R229+R165(line rental)=R394

Too conclude for the 1mb line we are 94 cheaper than Telkom and then with the 5% discount you will be paying R 285.

Thats not a fair comparison, Firstly Gold has no throttling, your package has throttling and secondly that is openwebs normal pricing.

If you take openwebs current specials and you take telkoms offer of 25% discount, then Openweb is cheaper and with no throttling.

There we go - now that is something I can be interested in.

I see you guys have a paypal logo, but your site is kinda broken as none of the links work. do you support paypal payments?
What are your AUP policies/limits?
Do you guys have trial accounts, and for how long?
